Launch Vehicles: Scout

The Scout as initially conceived was a four stage, all solid propellant launch vehicle which could put 130lbs into a 300 mile orbit. Scout flew at least 113 times and eventually was upgraded so that it could place over 450lbs into orbit. The Air Force had a version named "Blue Scout".
